Terms of use
Last updated 2 November 2026
1. Who we are
This site is run by Jack West trading as Spark Integrations, ABN 87 983 457 353, Sydney, Australia (“Spark”, “we”).
2. Use of the site
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
3. General information, not an offer
Everything on this site is general information about what we do. It is not an offer, a quote or advice for your situation.
4. Demos use fictional data
The demos on this site run on made-up data and show how a kind of system can work. They are not live client systems or real results.
5. Enquiries are not binding
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any project runs under a separate written agreement between you and us. See the enquiry page to start one.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design and demos belong to us. Brand names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners, and appear only to say which tools we work with. Their use does not mean those companies endorse us.
7. External links
Some links lead to sites we do not run, such as Alony (opens in a new tab) and Calendly. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their content.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not scrape the site, flood or probe the enquiry form, try to get around its protections, or use the site to break the law.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, and you and we submit to the courts of that State.
11. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Contact
