Questions we get asked
- Will it work with our CRM?
- Yes. We connect to your CRM and calendars through their APIs or webhooks, map each enquiry to the right fields, and retry safely if a system is briefly unavailable, so no enquiry is lost.
- Where does our data live?
- Vercel and Supabase by default, an Australian region where needed, or your own cloud. On our default Supabase stack, data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Every enquiry is validated on the server.
